Terms of Purchase

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards only.

• Service Scope: Services provided by Porch Scapes LLC include porch and exterior design, installation/placement of purchased items through myporchscapes.com. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and will be fully agreed to by Customer and Porch Scapes LLC prior to the completion of any work.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Refunds for cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

  • Marketing Use: By engaging our services, customers grant Porch Scapes LLC permission to photograph their porches and exteriors for potential use in marketing materials, including but not limited to the website (myporchscapes.com), social media, and print advertisements. 

  • Privacy: Images used will not include identifiable personal information (e.g., names, addresses) unless explicit written consent is provided. Customers may opt out of image use by notifying Porch Scapes LLC in writing at the time of service agreement.

  • Ownership: All images taken by Porch Scapes LLC remain the property of the company and may be used indefinitely for promotional purposes unless otherwise revoked in writing by the customer.

  • Warranty: Porch Scapes LLC offers no warranty on materials and workmanship past the date of installation/service. Products sold are natural, farm grown items that can rot and decay due to weather events. Actions outside the controls of Porch Scapes LLC such as theft, vandalism or other events are not the responsibility of Porch Scapes LLC and no replacement products will be provided without full payment of replacement costs.

    • Liability: Porch Scapes LLC is not liable for damages, staining/discoloration, odors or any damages created by the placement of products by Porch Scapes LLC or its employees. Customers are responsible for ensuring property access and compliance with local regulations.
